Day-1
📅 DAY 1: Tuesday 16th – Arrival, Grounding & Intention Setting
Afternoon
- Arrival & check-in at the beachfront jungle hotel.
- Welcome drink: fresh coconut water and smoothies.
- Light snack: fruit platter & energy bites.
Evening
- 3:45 PM – Sunset movement & flow session. Journaling circle.
- 6:30 PM – Welcome dinner.
- 7:30 PM – Stargazing + Healing herbal tea session.
Day-2
📅 DAY 2: Wednesday 17th – Ocean Flow & Cultural Connection
Morning
- (From) 6:00 AM – Light snacks, coffee, and herbal teas.
- 7:45 AM – Kayak turtle spotting experience along the coast. (Paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling).
- 9:00 AM – Breakfast time.
Afternoon
- 12:30 PM – Hands-on Costa Rican cooking workshop.
- 2:30 PM – Shared Lunch.
Evening
- 3:45 PM –Sunset gentle stretch & flow. Journaling circle.
- 7:00 PM – Shared Dinner.
Day-3
📅 DAY 3: Thursday 18th – Earth & Soul.
Morning

- 8:30 AM – Full Body Reformer Session – Strength & Posture Focus
- 9:30 – Breakfast time.
Afternoon
- Relax, sunbathe, journal, swim, or simply rest by the sea.

Day-4

- 10:30 AM – Guided horseback riding tour.

🌿 Retreat Cancellation Policy
Deposits:
- A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure your spot. (non-refundable )
Balance Payment
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations by Participant:
- If you cancel 30-60 days before the retreat: You will receive 50% refund of the total retreat.
Transfer Option:
- If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval.
Cancellations by Organiser:
- If we must cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit. We are not responsible for additional expenses such as flights.
Cancellations by Participant :
- 30–60 days before the retreat: You will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.
- Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds will be issued.
No refunds or credits will be given for failure to attend, delayed arrival, or early departure from the retreat.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, travel delays, or unforeseen events.
Exceptions cannot be made for any reason.
